Notice and apology regarding defective product specification and offer for repair

Dear valued customer,

We thank you for your continued patronage and support for our products.

We regret to inform you that on a number of items, a discrepancy has been found with the actual product specification and the handling instructions for the leather parts when washing the items. 

The sewn-on label says “Please remove the leather parts of the cord stopper when washing”.  However, the ends of the cord on the hem of the jacket are sewn so that the leather parts cannot be removed.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers who have purchased items with this problem. 

We have decided to offer a repair service to exchange the hem cord to one that allows the leather parts to be removed. If you have a defective item, please contact us at the contact information below, and send us the item by a pay-on-delivery method. Please include a filled-out form with the item.  
We will also accept a return and refund for customers who would prefer this.

We apologize again for the inconvenience and will manage our quality control to prevent any future recurrence of such issues. 
We thank you for your understanding.

【Hem cord exchange repair】

We will exchange the tip of the polyester cord to a finish that allows the leather parts to be removed.
