ご注文方法について　／　How to order

  • ご購入したい商品が決まりましたら、カラーとサイズを選択して、「ADD TO CART」ボタンからカートへとお進みください。
  • ご購入したい商品を全てカートに入れ、商品点数を確認しましたら、「購入手続きへ（Proceed to checkout）」ボタンからご購入手続きへお進みください。
  • ご購入商品の配送先とお支払方法等を指定してください。
    （※配送先とお支払方法の詳細については下記をご参照ください。）
  • 最終確認ページにてご注文内容をご確認後、「注文を確定する（Place order）」ボタンをクリックすると、ご注文確定です。
    （※ご注文確定後の変更・キャンセルはできませんのでご注意ください。）
  • ご注文確定後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛てにご注文確認メールをお送りします。
  • ご注文商品の在庫に欠品が発生した場合、ご注文商品をご用意できない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
  • 商品をカートに入れた状態は、商品在庫の確保ではございません。商品をカートに入れた時点で在庫があったものでも、決済の際に在庫切れになっている場合がございます。
  • 代金引換でお支払いの上限金額は、1日あたり配送先1か所につき50万円（消費税および代引手数料300円を含む）未満とさせていただきます。50万円以上の場合は、複数回に分けてのご配送させていただくか、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

ポイントサービスについて　／　Point service

本サイトでお買い物をして頂きますと、ご購入商品金額（税抜）の5％のポイントが貯まります。
ポイントは、ご注文商品を発送後、付与されます。
本サイトでのお買物金額に対して、お持ちのポイントを1ポイント単位でご利用いただけます。（1ポイントを1円換算とさせていただきます。）

Amazonに登録されている住所・クレジットカード情報を使用してお支払いができるサービスです。
nanamica メンバーズ会員の方は、決済方法としてAmazon Payをご利用いただけます。 　　　
My Pageログイン画面よりログイン後、またはnanamica ONLINESTORE会員登録後、Amazon Payを選択の上、決済手続きにお進みください。
※Amazonアカウントでログインいただいた場合、Amazon Pay以外のお支払方法を選択できません。
※Amazonポイントは付与されません。
※Amazonアカウントでご注文確定後、配送先およびお支払方法の変更はできません。

*You will not get Amazon points.
*Delivery address and payment method cannot be changed for orders placed using your Amazon account.

返品・交換について　／　Returns/ exchanges

万が一、不良品やご注文内容と異なる商品が到着した場合は、至急交換・返品対応をさせていただきます。
ご対応方法をご案内いたしますので、商品到着日より5日以内にnanamica ONLINE STORE下部にある問合せフォームよりご連絡ください。
商品到着から5日以上経過している場合、または商品が使用済みもしくは洗濯後の場合は、返品、交換をお受けいたしかねますので予めご了承ください。
お客様都合（イメージ違い、サイズが合わない、モニターの表現の違いからくる色の違い等）によるご注文商品の返品、変更、キャンセルは原則お受けしておりません。

In the case a faulty item or a wrong item is received, we will exchange or process a refund as soon as possible.
Please contact customer service above within 5 days of receiving your order and an agent will get back to you with how to proceed. In the case that more than 5 days have passed since delivery of the order, or the item is used or laundered, we may be unable to accept a return.
Returns or exchanged due to customer preference (different from image, wrong size, color looks different from pc monitor) are not accepted.
In the case of an exchange or return of a faulty or wrong item, all shipping fees will be covered by us.

ご購入いただいた商品の受け取り拒否、または配送業者の保管期間内に商品を受領しない等、お客様の受領確認ができず当社に本商品が返送された場合、当社は、当社の裁量で当該お客様からの次回のご注文をお断りする場合があります。
