This season, as a new design proposal for shirts, we are highlighting the addition of a hooded shirt to the collection.
A new shirt has been added to the lineup, mixing a more basic shirt design with an outdoor-inspired hood design. This shirt is not only useful as an inner layer but can also be worn as a light outer layer as the season warms up, making it a versatile item that offers more styling options.
The material used is a lightweight organic cotton typewriter fabric. The fabric has been washed to give it a dry touch and natural fullness. The contrasting widths of the sax and navy stripes create a fresh, spring-like impression in your outfit.
A shirt designed by mixing a basic shirt design with a hood. The body features a pocket with a glass holder on the chest, the name design of THE NORTH FACE Purple Label below the placket, and the same stitching details. Despite the workwear style, it has a sophisticated look thanks to fine, detailed stitching with a fine thread. The first button uses a dot button for easy on and off, allowing for a relaxed fit and feel around the neck.
The original hood design is cut similarly to the classic THE NORTH FACE Mountain Parka, with a three-dimensional pattern as its characteristic feature. When layered over coveralls, spring coats, or stand-collar coats, the lighter fabric typical of a shirt, as opposed to a hoodie, creates a seasonal style.
The back yoke features a 25mm THE NORTH FACE logo embroidered. The silhouette offers a moderately roomy fit at the shoulders and body. During the remaining chill, it can be used as a versatile inner layer for layering, and as spring arrives, it works well as a light outer layer paired with shorts for a stylish look.
As the name "Mountain Hooded Shirt" suggests, this shirt incorporates outdoor-inspired details, making it a signature item of THE NORTH FACE Purple Label. In addition to the striped pattern, a solid version made from weather fabric with a blend of organic cotton and cupra yarn is also available.
